Where are Neomitis products made?

Our catalogue is updated annually and is available in a downloadable pdf on our website within the "documentation" tab.

If you would like a printed version, we can send it to you for free. To do this, send an email to contactuk@neomitis.com with your address and contact details or complete the the contact form and we will arrange for a catalogue to be sent to your requested address.

Our RSM’s will provide you with advice and solutions to your needs. We mainly manufacture our ranges of hydraulic products in Europe and our electrical products in our Pouancé site in France. Our production site has been NF certified for more than 15 years by the LCIE (Central Laboratory of Electrical Industries) to offer you high-performance and quality products.

If you have an issue with a Neomitis product we would recommend that you first contact the installer of the product to confirm the product’s fault.
We would then recommend that the installer of the Neomitis product takes the faulty product back to where they have purchased it. (if the product is still within its warranty) the seller of the Neomitis product should offer a replacement. If this is unable to be arranged then please contact Neomitis on 02071 250 236 or by email at contactuk@neomitis.com specifying the model of the product, the reported fault, the age of the product (when it was installed), who installed the product, your name, contact details and full address.

It is highly recommended to register the warranty of your Neomitis products as soon as they are installed. To register the warranty of a Neomitis product please view the “Product Warranty” tab on our website.
