If you have an issue with a Neomitis product we would recommend that you first contact the installer of the product to confirm the product’s fault.
We would then recommend that the installer of the Neomitis product takes the faulty product back to where they have purchased it. (if the product is still within its warranty) the seller of the Neomitis product should offer a replacement.
