Where can we find your catalogue?

Our catalogue is updated annually and is available in a downloadable pdf on our website within the "documentation" tab.

If you would like a printed version, we can send it to you for free. To do this, send an email to contactuk@neomitis.com with your address and contact details or complete the the contact form and we will arrange for a catalogue to be sent to your requested address.

Our RSM’s will provide you with advice and solutions to your needs. We invite you to send us an email: contactuk@neomitis.com asking to be contacted by a Regional Sales Manager, please ensure to include your name, contact details, location and the topic of the discussion. If you have an issue with a Neomitis product we would recommend that you first contact the installer of the product to confirm the product’s fault.
We would then recommend that the installer of the Neomitis product takes the faulty product back to where they have purchased it. (if the product is still within its warranty) the seller of the Neomitis product should offer a replacement. If this is unable to be arranged then please contact Neomitis on 02071 250 236 or by email at contactuk@neomitis.com specifying the model of the product, the reported fault, the age of the product (when it was installed), who installed the product, your name, contact details and full address.

It is highly recommended to register the warranty of your Neomitis products as soon as they are installed. To register the warranty of a Neomitis product please view the “Product Warranty” tab on our website.

Use the Neomitis website to download product instruction manuals, we have also created product installation and operating videos, these can be found on the Neomitis YouTube channel.
